The teams traded run, with a Bastardo RBI single (4-1), and Figueredo solo HR (4-2), before FGCU rallied to tie the game at 4, in the top of the 7th, as Alejandro Rodriguez walked with the bases loaded (4-3), and Lojewski walked also driving in a run (4-4). The Rattlers responded though, as Will Brown drove in the go-ahead run (5-4), in the bottom of the inning. The Rattlers would add on an insurance run in the bottom of the 8th, and Grant Harrison (1-0), would get the job done, not letting FGCU rally, and #24 FGCU fell to FAMU, Friday night from Moore-Kittles Field.
