Overview:

#24 FGCU is dominating the competition, and as they look to win their ninth game in a row, their elite defense is matching their offense. FGCU is led offensively by TK Morehouse, who is averaging 16.3 ppg. Sha Carter and Alyza Winston are both averaging 13.2 ppg, and also in double figures offensively for the Eagles. Carter earned ASUN Conference Player of the Week, and Newcomer of the Week, for her performances against Lipscomb, and Austin Peay. She averaged 25.5 ppg during those two games, and without her playing the way she did, the Eagles would have lost to Austin Peay.

Kennesaw State is led offensively by Jah’Che Whitfield, who is averaging 14.0 ppg. Amani Johnson is also in double figures offensively, averaging 10.1 ppg. Head Coach Octavia Blue, is in her second season leading the Owls. KSU is currently 8-7 in ASUN play, and are 6th place overall in the conference standings. It should be a great game between the Eagles and Owls from the KSU Convocation Center.
