Overview:

#20 FGCU looks to improve to 10-0 in ASUN play, and in the process win their 13th game in a row Saturday afternoon. The Eagles have dominated Lipscomb University in ASUN play in the past and will look to continue the same trend. Head Coach Lauren Sumski continues to lead the Bisons as she has since 2019. Lipscomb is led offensively by 5’9 SO G Jalyn Holcomb who averages 9.4 ppg. Holcomb is the daughter of former NFL Quarterback Kelly Holcomb, who played many years in the NFL as a backup quarterback. The Bisons played a non-conference schedule that featured games on the road vs BYU, Utah, Belmont, and Arizona State.

#20 FGCU continues to be paced by TK Morehouse who averages 15.0 ppg, and has led the Eagles offensively since Kierstan Bell was shut down due to injury. The Eagles will continue to play their style of basketball, which includes shooting a nation high 3 point field goal attempts, and made 3 point field goals. The Eagles brand of basketball limits team turnovers, and the depth of this team will rarely be tested in the rest of ASUN play, with the exception of the final road game of the season vs Liberty University, on 2/24 at 7 PM.
