Overview:

FGCU is in much need of a win as they begin this homestand vs EKU and Bellarmine. Tavian Dunn-Martin continues to lead the team offensively (19.6 ppg), and the Eagles look to earn a big win vs ASUN newcomer EKU.

EKU is led offensively by 6’6 FR F Devontae Blanton, who averages 11.3 ppg. Head Coach A.W. Hamilton has been with the program for 4 seasons, and has been a major force in changing the culture in Richmond, Kentucky. The Colonels sit at 2-4 in ASUN Conference play, with wins over Lipscomb and UNF at home. Their ASUN losses include home games vs Central Arkansas, and Jacksonville State, with road losses vs Bellarmine, and UNA. Both teams are looking to get back on track, so we are hoping for a competitive game Thursday night from Alico Arena.
