Overview:
The Eagles snapped a two game losing streak dominating the Tritons Sunday night. It was one of those games that FGCU was able to play 16 players, and it’s always great getting to see the scout team to get some minutes. The Eagles had six players in double figures in scoring in tonight’s game. Dakota Rivers and Zach Anderson each scored 15 points, Tavian Dunn-Martin scored 13 pts, and Kevin Samuel just missed a double double finishing with 11 points, and 9 rebounds in the game. Eckerd was led in scoring by Daniel Love, who finished with 19 pts. The Eagles were just too big and physical for the Tritons, as the Eagles earned their 2nd non NCAA D-1 win of the season.
