Overview:
FGCU was in complete control of this game from the tip, and we finally got to see how deep this roster truly was. While the Eagles were led by Kierstan Bell (22 pts, 9 reb) and TK Morehouse (15 pts, 6 reb), we were really impressed getting to see all 14 players play minutes in today’s game. The transfers all contributed with Kendall Spray #rainingthrees with four of her own in the game, and Karli Seay also scoring twelve points. It was also great seeing Kerstie Phills back with the team and a healthy Maddie Antenucci.
The Eagles will be tested more Friday night vs Temple University, and now that they got this game out of the way, it’ll be great to see how they look Friday.
