Louisville, KY- FGCU (9-2, 2-0 ASUN) beat Bellarmine University (0-9, 0-4 ASUN) 81-52, Sunday afternoon from Freedom Hall.

FGCU shot 44% (27/61) from the field, 31% (11/35) from beyond the arc, and were outrebounded 40-33 by Bellarmine. The Eagles dished out 15 assists, had 14 steals, and 2 blocks in the game. FGCU forced 22 Bellarmine turnovers and had 10 team turnovers of their own.
Overview:
FGCU once again dominated a winless Bellarmine team on the road and look completely ready to go after that long layoff. Kierstan Bell just missed another double finishing with a game high 24 pts, 8 reb, and TK Morehouse continued her outstanding year with 19 pts for the Eagles. Bellarmine was led by Sheniqua Coatney who finished with 12 pts and Lucy Robertson who had 11 pts.
This FGCU team continues to be extremely deep with scorers and athletes, as they look to complete a strong ASUN Conference campaign before the ASUN Tournament, with a NCAA Tournament berth theirs for the taking with a win in the Championship game.
