#24 FGCU/JU RECAP

Jacksonville, FL- #24 FGCU (22-2, 9-0) won their 11th game in a row Monday night vs Jacksonville University (13-9, 5-4) 81-68 from Swisher Gymnasium.

Overview:

Jacksonville was the bigger team in terms of height but didn’t play with the heart and fire the Eagles played with as FGCU was the faster team and seemed to get to every 50-50 ball in the first half and most of the game. The Eagles also now have punched their ticket to the ASUN tournament and are closing in on clinching the overall #1 seed at 9-0 very soon.
