Fort Myers,FL- FGCU (3-11) snapped a 6 game losing streak with a 84-62 win over St Thomas University, Saturday night. A dominant first half put this game out of reach for the Eagles and it was damage control in the 2nd half in a game where 14 players got into the game for FGCU.

FGCU shot 48% from the field (29/60), 34% from 3 point line (9/26), outrebounded the Bobcats 43-36, dished out 21 assists, and had 14 team turnovers. On the defensive side of the ball, the Eagles forced 20 STU turnovers, had 6 steals and 6 blocks.
Key Contributors:
Three Eagles finished in double figures in scoring including Zach Scott who led the team with 19 points, Jalen Warren who had 16 points, and Caleb Catto who finished with 15 points.
St Thomas was led by Justin Brown who scored 24 points.
